I will be taking my IPPT on next tuesday 21st december 2010. Initially, my goal was of course to try and get gold. However, after recent training disruptions due to the rainy weathers, I wasn't consistent in my running/jogging trainings and I know more or less trying to get below 9min45secs for the test on 21st Dec 2010 is impossible. Furthermore, when I went to the gym this evening, after doing some weight lifting, my muscles felt weak, powerless. This is seriously a bad sign man.. I dont know if I can even manage to do 10pull ups for the test.
